An exclusive Gallery House event where Kaveri took us through the history of the product and made a couple of signature cocktails with the liqueur. The evening was full of conversation around the brand and drinks that could be made.
Kaveri is a ginger liqueur that can be found at The Four Seasons, Nobu and The Ivy Collection. Made from 100% organic ginger, jaggery and black salt. Inspired by Inji Mittai, the roadside ginger candy found across South India, Kaveri’s ginger aperitif captures the sweet, spicy essence.
