The first release of an annual limited edition series crafted from traditional sherry oak casks and American sherry seasoned casks.

This release is a collaboration between Polly Logan and renowned pastry chef Jordi Roca and they have created a unique single malt with an emphasis on strong chocolate notes.

The Rich Cacao is testament to innovative techniques by not only infusing chocolate notes to the whisky but also in the design of the packaging that is recycled cacao husks that would otherwise move to landfill.
